             Literature Review 







This week I was working on the things I missed in the year, this would include things like the thematic review and the other things like the ten bibliographies on a topic I had chosen from earlier in the semester. I also had to finish the Ruby game tutorial which I had completed along with the blogs.


So what after completing Ruby the 2d game, the first thing I had to do was finish my thematic review. At first I found this hard. I had to go through the ten bibliographies I had created earlier on in the semester. I was analysing them extensively to see what the comparisons were and what the contrasts were. The main topic from all the bibliographies that I had collected were business/gambling in the gaming industry. From looking and comparing I found numerous similarities in the bibliographies such as the similarities that the gaming industry has with gambling industry, like the features that are being used in the betting industry such as pay as you go can be traced in the gaming industry.



Bibliographies


This section, what I had to do was go and find articles that were linked to a topic(Gambling/Business). When we find the articles, we have to read them in the way we have been taught to and from there we have to make a bibliography from the information that we have found. At first I found this quite difficult because I have never written in this type of style before, maybe in leaving cert. However because I kept going and constant repetition I managed to be able to do it and eventually get to 10 bibliographies. I was very proud of myself after getting it done.

The point of this section was made

 for the people reading this. I did this to give an overall review of the work I did for the past semester and to see what I have learned and to see if I can remember what was learned and sum it up. I summed up the section for the bibliographies in the section for the bibliographies and I summed the other works in the other sections of the work.

About the Author 


This section is about me and because I am the composer/author of the piece. It is about myself and I know myself very well.

                                                                                         Intro duction I feel my best module was last year was Web Development in terms of grades and how much I learned, however the module I say had the most fun in was Digital Media, especially in the lectures when we had small group tasks. It was fun to participate in them even though I always felt embarrassed to talk present the work we created in them. I think that my achievement was getting through the modules and passing them and being able to adapt myself to the virtual world when Covid 19 came. Now being in year 2 I think the I should aim higher in terms of grades and quality of work because I know more now. Prototype

  Hi Guys This is my prototype to Gario the game, what I found difficult creating the game was trying to make the game 3D. Because basing the game on other games that are 2D, I suppose this was always going to be a slight problem. That being said I looked into it a bit more into it If I could make a 2D game into a 3D game. The research came out that you could do it. I even found one YouTube video saying that you could do that and was giving instructions on how you could do it.  The first thing I did was opened up unity and then set the name of this particular project to prototype. I also changed the dimension of the game to 2D, after that I then proceeded to change the background in unity to black . The next thing I did was I made a file called Scripts so it would be easier to save later stuff what I needed to put in. In that I made C # Script, which I called PlayerController.             *Hi Guys* I am going to describe to you guys what a game vision statement and then give you mine. A game statement is pretty much a pitch of the game you are going to create on paper. It should give you what the genre of the game is and what are the specific mechanics of a game and how it should look like. It should also tell you the storyline of the game. The document should also have the goals you want the specific game to achieve. The game I am going to present is "Agar 3d". This game is a single or multiplayer game that will be online and very easy to play.  Description: In this game when you start playing the game, the first thing you will do is choose what colour you want your character to be and from there you will then go start the game open land.
